I don't want post this but seen a lady crying last week at coffee point over a su----e.
And said it was Redundancy related.
I know at least 10 x people who would take voluntary and ease this pain/horrid situation.

Unfortunately, it was not the first time due to a bp redundancy.

I hate it that people make posts that are cryptic and lack details. If you’re going to share information, make sure it’s clear for all of us to understand.
That is an unfortunate situation and although rare, it does happen. We don't know the person's mental state and the layoff just put him/her over the edge. Please look out for your co-workers if you notice any change. Years ago, when I lost my dog I felt very sad. My co-worker whom I shared an office with for 3 years asked me one day if I was okay because he noticed a change in me for the past month. I was touched that he noticed.
Where is “coffee point”?
Calling BS.
What team and office?
it sounds like someone unalived themselves because of the trauma of redundancy, and that what this lady was upset about.
And the poster is lamenting that there are loads of people who would have been willing to be made redundant but not offered the chance to do it.
say what?
