My LL# leader told me that his complete team is going to be layoff in next 10-15 days.
He adviced me to just use these 2 weeks to get a offer and jump it before bloodbath happens.

No “layoffs”.
A layoff is where a company stops paying some workers until business conditions improve. Then, the workers are called back.
Ford used to do this.
Now Ford just fires people. No coming back even if that person’s skill and experience is desperately needed and they have job opening posted for it for months and months and months.
