Worker's Classification Updates

A few days ago I was notified by email by Enterprise Workplace that I am being reclassified from FLEX to REMOTE. I believe if you are playing a critical role within the company, they will change your worker's classification in order to keep you. Anyone else receive this email or not receive this email who are classified as FLEX but working outside the 3 larger offices?

Re: No update from Management
You might want to check the new FAQ on Homesite that says all Flex employees are expected to come to the office as much as the rest of their team.

I am remote and received confirmation I am staying classified as remote. However, several colleagues who were also remote and not near an office were given the package options. They were told it was because they were not near a regional office. However, I’m not near a regional office - mixed messaging and not very transparent.
