UNH needs to be investigated for insider trading. I bet many of their execs sold stock before it crashed. For those of you that are stockholders, suggest you vote against the recommendations made by the board. And with all the layoffs they are doing lately you think any of the high and mighty have been let go?

Manager and Senior Managers have zero influence on what goes down they are just the scapegoats. They have their regular jobs but have the side hustle of the people management ( herding cats). VP and senior directors orchestrate the chaos when given a target number from above.
Managers don’t have any say besides putting you down. Quit blaming the managers.
The high and mighty including your manager, director are the very same ones who make suggestions on how the company can save money, leading to higher metrics and productivity for each person. This companies employees seem to be kind of clueless about how leadership works. Yet people say she a great manager or she really listens. A really good manager would have said, “ No” to these greedy, money Hungary VP’s . That’s what a good manager does. Yet all of them allow for their leaders to run over the staff. Burnout is at an all time high but yet there another survey. Another useless survey with more useless committee’s .
