There are worse places to work at

I know working here can be exhausting. It’s become less rewarding over time, and opportunities for advancement are few and far between. Still, the pay and benefits are decent, there’s at least some investment in the workforce, and if you’re lucky, your team can be reliable. I’m not saying it’s great, just that a lot of the alternatives out there can be much worse.

There are a lot of people who come back or try to come back after leaving, so can't be horrible. Could be like BP that makes cuts every few years to wring out those they have burned out.
