This is just one of the tactics shareholders and the general public should be aware of. So I guess there is a Med Team they call themselves. They call members and tell them the insurance company is trying to get them off their meds(mounjaro) other meds that are pricey. Meanwhile the ordering physician knows nothing about this team or that their patient has had their meds discontinued by a customer service intake ? What’s up with this company?

What I love most about UHG employees is that they will work themselves to death literally in hopes of keeping their jobs. They will believe anything leadership tells them like we listen to those employee surveys, we care about you, you are what makes us great. Meanwhile the plan is to get rid of most of you. Replace most everyone with software that can do the job faster, better and cheaper. So keep listening to that manager, that director , that VP. All those who keep raising your metrics in hope that you just burn out and quit, or you have a mental breakdown and quit, or quit because your health is soooo bad. Remember when they tell you everything is ok you are talking to the head liar. They go to classes on how to get the most of the employees.
Yeah that’s not how any of this works.
