Well if you wanted to see proof that FB may have been an obstacle to the company actually succeeding, look to the fact that the day after he's gone we start opening up reqs and putting out incentives to recruit. That would likely be a good sign of things to come.

I would do anything to never work at this place again. So glad I left and found something better. I beg all of you to go look broaden your horizons and keep your sanity.
Supposedly in certain local communities, Fiserv is known as the worst possible employer and people laugh that they refer their worst enemies to Fiserv. That is the reputation of Fiserv!
I was in a mtg where someone in a leadership position said and I quote “We are 5 days RTO nobody is going to work for us. Hence, cream of the crop we are not going to get” so we need to lower our standards and just hire who we can. That says a lot!
Who said they are open while recruiting? They will say 5 days a week but never disclose hours in office neither directly nor in offer letter
I know of a few teams that have brought in 1 or 2 people each in the last 2 weeks... the catch is they were all in India. Have yet to see any new hires stateside to replace any of the previous cullings.
Poor reputation.. they earned it! The recruiters try and do a sales job.. once people hear9 hrs a day 5 days a week conversation over
Now lets see the hiring freeze return before anyone gets hired. Fiserv does this all the time. No reason to celebrate until they actually hire someone.
It's all smoke because they CAN'T hire anyone at all. 9 hours 5 days was a death sentence for hiring. It's completely absurd for the tech industry, especially with how low Fiserv pays.
And let’s bring back TQM, and the Fish Philosophy, and 7 Habits, and all the other bull**** failure management by bestseller cr-p.
I interviewed for a role at Fiserv and they told me about the 5 days and 9 hours; I said no thanks so now I’m interviewing at one of your competitors.
9 hours 5 days a week…. Eff that !?!
The damage was done to the reputation.
Fake jobs to make it appear as if there's hiring, companies post ghost jobs all the time, but the jobs won't be filled, and knowledge has already left the chat.
Lol.
The damage has been done. The ship has sailed away with the knowledge with it. This place is doomed to failure.
No one wants to work here
