Especially Marketing. The diversity hire and her little management minions don’t have anything to market. Why are they allowed to drain the coffers?
It's a mixed bag of potential answers. We have had significant attrition and our workforce productivity is low. We could lay off dead weight, but then have productivity of near zero. We need warm bodies for some areas to function.
I'd like to see marketing gutted, sales ops gutted, and WW consulting gutted. They are negative ROI teams and we could do without them.
Or are we done for now?
