BNSF putting out request to TY&E to take voluntary layoffs in exchange for paid benefits, it’s a scam. Per payroll any employee who works 1 day in a month will have their healthcare deducted from their paycheck upon returning from layoff status. This means whenever you start your unpaid leave, the month you leave and the month you return, will be deducted from their paycheck on the 10th for those periods, BNSF will only cover an entire month that does not include a paid working day. This gimmick will also voluntarily give numbers to BNSF on how many employees they can cut from locations based on employees they can get to cut themselves off, ie a voluntary will become permanent.

When you have a company like BNSF,and all the class one railroads. That are controlled by billion dollar hedge funds and Wallstreet manipulators. They are only concerned about record profits. With there billions that the labor has generated for them they can buy the smartest minds that universities can produce. TE&Y and all labor forces are being stepped on by corporate greed. I guess it's true that CEO'S of corporations and hedge funds have no empathy or compassion for the laborers. The one's who do the board of directors fire them. Maybe we need to look at the laws that congress put in for monopolies. If we don't, we're gonna have 4 or 5 wannabe John Rockefeller, controlling the United States of America.
