Dell has gone done the hill. You put in all the effort and help as much a possible with longer hours and for what to be thrown out like trash. Yas this company su-ks.

even those that remain your time will be up sooner than you think. Dell will use you and pay you for a period of time then push you off the bus. You will make less most likely in your next role but your self-esteem will return.
OP, your comments are a lesson to those still around.
""Sorry you’re going through this. Do you mind if I ask if you received the severance package?""
Yes, that's still the US package.
You'll be better off in the end for sure. Hang in there!

"I thought I was irreplaceable to Dell until I wasn't. I gave my life and soul to the company. I thought Michael was part of my famliy."
I am not sympathetic. You deserve. And you put yourself in this situation.

Same happened to me. Always positive reviews, minimal feedback, going above and beyond for years trying to prove your worth…just to get fired. I’m 3 weeks in and it’s definitely a humbling but freeing experience. A new and better position is in store for you.
today was my last day as well. notified monday morning. great reviews and then told to gtfo on friday. fk them.
Why were you working longer hours? That's 100% on you.
If salary, work your 40, get done what you can get done, and then stop. The world will keep spinning and you'll be way less stressed.
hopefully you were part of the resolution team, and if not...hang in there - don't relax, find a new gig.
Roger That!
Sorry about that!
