Removing a lunatic leader and assigning two clueless leaders who have no strategy or people skills and are sending unclear messaging back to the field is creating a lot of confusion. They laid off the good ones and gave power to the clueless ones. When we ask them what’s the strategy on something we get nothing back, they redirect like old phone operators. AOP will not be met but those clueless will point the fingers at one of their Product Owners in a convoluted org structure that their VP signed off on and moved the old crazy to protect.
AL needs to take a closer look at this. If we can’t be sure about them, how can we be sure about selling their products
