Fired 7 people this month. Only thing in common is they were all full time employees. Hmm...

This store is fu----g garbage. We borderline celebrate incompetence by giving people positions they don't deserve and then prove they're unqualified for within only a few short months.
They should be firing managers in that store who harass their employees plus the managers hitting on female employees.
Comes down to management, take care of your employees and do right by them.
Some areas can’t get people to apply and the ones who work at stores call in and quit. Some go to lunch and never return.
Thought they already did that
Most likely attendance issues finally caught up with them.
They are the lucky ones.

Why would you return to the evil matrix”?Well, I wouldn’t…..but in these “ troubling times” and “depressed economic activity “ the company figures those fired will come “crawling back “.I’ve only been fired once in my life…...wouldn’t ever consider asking for a job there again. I have quit jobs and been invited back.Make of it what you will.

Whatever happens at Home Depot seems Lowes likes to follow suit.
But you can re-apply after 6 months (or is it three)and start back temporary.
Not unexpected from current Corporate direction.
