There was an Enterprise Systems Associates in Mission Kansas. Not sure if same firm. The owners were short sighted and dishonest people. They did not keep promises to their employees. The greedy owners decided to sell their company in exchange for Staffmark stock in 1998 because the owner of Staffmark, a Mr. Clete B. had a picture of the President on his wall and they were impressed by that. So they took stock rather than cash and the stock crashed in 1999 and went down to nothing. But the company they gave to Staffmark is still in business in 2025, as part of Randstad. It has real value. But the stock of Staffmark is now unlisted and defunct. A fool and his money are soon parted.
