From today's earning's call:
"Since the beginning of the repurchases in November, we have repurchased approximately 10 million shares for a total of $125 million."
So they paid an average of $12.50/share and today -- with the 15+% price jump -- it's trading at $10.24. Why are they boasting about throwing away shareholder resources like this?
Management team is scarily bad at Voyix including my mo--n of a TM4. His approach is not winning anyone over along with his cookie cutter approach to everything. Let people do what they do best and work on new hire training to make sure THEY learn everything. Changing culture takes a long time and you need buy in from all or it won’t work.
Management is not all the same as some have retired at least that is what they are telling everyone. Kind of forced retirement from what I hear.
Management in both companies is still the same, nothing has changed except the best butt kissers, most ruthless, and unethically remain.
And you assumed the LT knew how to count?
In this day and age the L in LT no longer stands for “Leadership”. It stands for “Loosing”.
