There are more layoffs coming but this time they'll be more quiet and will be slowly replacing people with cheap Indian labor. Have your backup plans in place!

Not sure selling is necessarily a bad thing, depending on who purchases. Maybe our stock will go up.
For those who are looking for the next job, it’s worse than you think, the job market is flooded with folks that are still looking years to months. Companies are now expecting 5 times more skill sets with less pay and most likely on site work. In some cases AI is now going to interview you before you get a chance to speak to a recruiter. Start reaching out to your network and good luck!
Several sources within the company have now said that all new hiring must be in India or the Philippines per CEO Burklands directive. Any hiring in the US must be approved on an exception basis. The consulting group that Burkland brought in before the last round of layoffs and paid exorbitant amounts of money too, recommended the following:
- Layoff 4% of staff
- No new hiring in the US
- Hire ONLY in India and Philippines
- Replace up to 10% of lower level positions with AI
- Encourage non essential employees to find another job
- Sell the company before year end
The smart money is that there will be a sale before year end, so explore other job opportunities while you still have a job and can choose.

Is this actually an official thing to specifically lay off? or is it just of replacements being in India. I see replacements being in India, yes.
