Tuition reimbursement

Has anyone on here resigned, and had to pay tuition reimbursement back? Just wondering how closely they are paying attention.

Unfortunately yes. However they do allow up to a 24 month payment plan per HR.

They pay very close attention. It is not prorated and it is calculated from the date of payment, not expense date.

If you leave you have to pay it. If you’re rifd you don’t

People leader here. I had someone close to their commitment ending, and they had to pay back all of it when they quit.
The next person with a tuition reimbursement obligation...I asked them to go on leave instead and come back to work for a week to finish their contract. It worked and they didn't have to pay back.
