How can anybody say they like working here is beyond me. I've been here for less than a year and I'm already desperately looking for a way out.

There are a lot of people who would leave if they could. Unfortunately this is an employers job market for now and they are taking advantage. I turned down an offer recently because it would have been too big of a pay cut but probably should have accepted. Next decent offer I am out for sure as things only getting worse. My TM4 wants everyone trained on everything, which of course will take a long time to happen. Not easy getting the old timers to buy in so good luck with that KP.
Best thing for me was getting terminated, did me a big favor! Other people on my team were hoping it would have been them, but only 2 of us got packages, a few tried to hang in there but finally retired, the others are still there for now.
Desperately?
The "way out" is quite easy. Get up from your desk. Give your manager your badge and and any company equipment you have. And walk out the door.
Why continue going to a toxic job/environment? If you have a competent set of skills, you'll find employment somewhere. Just do it.
