A toxic boss who gets away with screaming at employees is the last straw. No job is worth that kind of disrespect. I don’t care if I’ve got another job lined up or not, my sanity isn’t negotiable. They had every chance to fix this and chose to enable it instead. My notice is coming soon, and not a second too soon.

Everyone is under extreme pressure at this time. If manageable, try openly talking to your manager otherwise it’s your choice. Good luck.
If your job keeps a roof over your head and food on your table, now isn’t the time to be looking for a new one. I know it has to su-k, but your livelihood should come first, shouldn’t it?
Former manager here just my $.02 they are under extreme pressure and are fearful for their position. Not saying it is right but see how you can help within reasonable boundaries. I spent 17 weeks looking for temporary work. Be very careful in this economy. There is no green grass right now.
It's just a job. That's it. When it impacts your health, just dump it. It's not worth it.
