Ships are returning from China empty because of tariffs. With fewer imports, shipping volume has dropped sharply. UPS is already cutting 20,000 jobs by the end of next month, so it feels like only a matter of time before similar cuts happen here. I cannot remember the last time I felt this stressed about possibly losing my job.

At a small ramp at jfk airport. They just built a big customs clearance area.. keeping my fingers crossed that things pick up.
