The ones who kept this place running are long gone. What’s left is a skeleton crew drowning in extra work just to cover the gaps. There’s no fixing this mess.

Ugh the drinking culture at SP is just gross. I'm up for a good time once or twice a year w work folks but every week, gag. And monthly byob teams calls during Covid were about as bad as it gets. What were these managers thinking? As if employees weren't recording the BS or didn't have family and friends listening in. This is the ridiculously bad judgement of crown management. Rule one: No drinking on teams. Id--ts.
Our Tower Team’s morale is shot to sh-t due to our manager and our director who has turned a blind eye to this unprofessional and abusive behavior.
It’s the good old boy system on the tower side Managers and Directors are beer drinking buddies. They have been friends for over 20 years, they do whatever they want with zero consequences or accountability. Fraud and abusive behavior is totally acceptable who cares, treat employees like cr-p and then laugh about it and brag how they humiliate their direct reports.
There are managers in Towers making more work and things intentionally difficult so they aren’t on chopping block.
It’s a sad state, can’t do anything for fear of retaliation. Retaliation will happen, because it’s happened before

Place went down the toilet after the RIF that took place almost two years ago. The sc-m is left, sorry directors and managers who will step on each other’s neck to keep their pathetic job. Very shameful when I observe the comments from my tower manager and how he criticizes other managers and his director. He is very disrespectful and says disgusting things.
