There are a lot of petty, narrow-minded folks in GOA/GOM leadership. Collet, please have a massive change in the senior leaders. This group is absolutely a club of protect your own and forget about right and wrong types. My favorite experience is taking years and spending more money to decide whether to do something or not than it would have taken to just do it. This extends to the discipline leads too,

Asking GOA figure head to change its leadership is like asking a politician to change its campaign funding laws
GOA leadership has been the worst of all during my 15 year career at Shell (6 different leadership teams). Absolutely unbearable. Say left and do right. Untrustworthy.

Wait do you disagree or do you just doubt that she will do what's right?
The GOM leadership is a toxic good ol' boys' and DEI's club. Most of them ought to be sidelined or removed. The question is would the head do it or not. Describing my opinion of the GOM leadership, they're self-interested, lazy, and unscrupulous.
I don't know Collet well enough, except to say she won't make a decision or state an opinion unless she really has to. That's not a promising scenario for action or making things better.
Rich H. was too political and avoided bothering "sacred cows". There were projects that nobody wanted or thought would work but were untouchable. Also, he would not give real direction. BUT Rich would say that he favored people who acted more than discussed things to death... Its just that he didn't do that himself.
Paul G. played to both sides and waited until the decisions were effectively complete before making a decision.
😂
Whoever asked the original question - are you freaking naive???
Collet herself is a shining example of DEI incompetence, do you expect her to actually change things for the better?
Are you referring to Development? We have pretty good AMs now...
