We're drowning in work! I'm fu--ing tired of having to pick up extra work every few months. I can't do more than I'm doing right now. My entire team will walk if we lose one more person. This is fu--ing brutal.

What are you talking about. Layoffs are over with. I’ve been on too many meetings that have said so. They can’t all be wrong. Surely they did not say that to calm down everyone only to loop back around later with “well its out of my control, so here we go again with another round of it.”
Jane wont leave voluntarily. I wouldnt if I can scoop up all that money and give myself 33% raise. I would ride it to the very end.
You've just described every corporate white collar job in existence.
Jane needs to go. She just is cutting people without raising enough revenue. Please let her go already so she can stop ki-ling everyone to save herself and her legacy. She had enough time.
I actually think that is how Directors and the higher ups want Citi to function, just lean enough that work break the application. And the saving wherever they decide it should go. I think the last one went to Jane's 33% salary increase.
