If any of those layoffs are due to product performance and sales, look to getting rid of CIO Acquaro. He is in way, way, WAAAAAY over his head. He knows neither jack nor sh-t about building great product, strategy, sales, customer retention, or any of the other basics Crowdstrike needs to be successful and reach its financial goals.
