You know what? Plannings and hirings were done behind our backs. When we eventually found out by ourselves, the leadership reassures that we are in a safe spot and additional resources from Pune were to help cope with new tasks. That, or this is an example where AI coding solutions have progressed enough where the likes of a company like Crowdstrike are testing if they can function with progressively less and less headcount.
