I will go first- the health care at this company is absolutely atrocious. Accolade is worthless and the pre-auth process or don’t do a pre-auth and do a charge back is a scam. You never get your money back. If people are reading this deciding if they want to come to PayPal if you or your family has any medical concerns please think twice.
