As soon as they announce RTO 4 I'm quitting. I've had enough of the EC pushing us around. I'll take my talent elsewhere

Yeah you are probably right about the sabbatical. Uber just moved their requirements from 5 years to 8 and we know how Schwab follows instead of leading
First it was RTO 3, then it was our $250 gym reimbursement, now RTO 4, and soon our sabbatical. How long until the rest of you stand up and fight? Little by little things are being taken away and given to the executive council bonuses. Cowards all of you
Continue working from home. My team does. RTO is a sham at Schwab.
Same here, I’m now at a company that’s pretty strict about 4 days a week in the office and I actually enjoy it there, the commute is crummy but being at the office isn’t so bad.
Whiner.
OP, I agree with you! However, I am now working at a company that is strictly enforced RTO 3 days a week, and I couldn't be happier -- just so happy to no longer be working in the environment I was working in at Schwab. The work environment, culture, and leadership style is so much better at my new job, and everyone is happy despite a rigorous workload. I mention this because I'm pretty sure it's less about the RTO, and more about your dislike of the company culture. Definitely start searching for your new opportunity, but understand that many companies will now have some sort of RTO, which is not all that bad if the culture and environment are a better fit.
why are you waiting for RT04 - oh yea because most other companies you would interview with are already at RT05 - stop your whinning!
Oh please don’t go!!!! I’m not sure what this company will do without you.
Honey they don’t respect ya now. If rto4 is enforced like 3 then don’t worry about it and enjoy working at the house.
Oh nooooo!
Anyway
