@ev+1jtn8harh. You are exactly right. As long as KKR is the most significant stock holder, do not expect their demands to change, regardless of who executes them
I’m betting the board has Lyon’s ba--s in a vice grip. He will be doing what they want. Seems like a genuinely nice guy though. Let this be a lesson to you folks, you can be as nice as a summers day, but if you sell your soul for material possession you end up a pawn for the greedy, although I’m sure a lot of you are fine with that.

What tabs has the new CEO picked up for us? Maybe you just mean he's now on the hook for the trainwreck the old one left. I haven't seen anybody getting anything helpful yet. It's still early, sure. But, just taking the chair and maintaining the status quo isn't interesting.
