Massive layoffs company-wide May 2025 - very surprising, included laying off disabled workers with ADA accomodations - not ADA friendly company!

@te I was also laid off in the Northeast due to "restructuring" - I thought I was covered with my ADA claim (disabled), received great reviews, and had recent discussions about promotion to Director at end of the year. The layoff was a SHOCK - they also know I have a young child and this job is significant to my livelihood. Severance appears extremely minimal considering the Big 4 give out closer to 2 weeks/years worked. Very disturbed at how heartless this company can be - especially as I had active ADA claim!! Not ADA-friendly company!
Restructured aka layed off in the Northeast from CBIZ. Severance package. Any thoughts on the separation agreement? I had an ADA accommodation. I wonder how many people who were “restructured” had ADA or agreed schedule.
Got laid off this week too!! Horrible!! My “CBIZ SWAG” arrived the next day! FU-K YOU CBIZ! TAKE YOUR 6 WEEKS SEVERANCE AND SHOVE IT UP YOUR A-S!!! Oh, 300% bonuses paid out to directors in April? And then layoffs in May? FU-K YOU!!!

Blindsided. All this talk about growth opportunities for employees. The only thing growing is the workload at the same rate of pay with a side of burnout.
PASS. I'll be moving on.
