Thread regarding Kyndryl layoffs

Kyndryl's lack of a legal response against Gotham is very suspicious

When a company is presented with fraud allegations, they are supposed to quickly swing back hard to protect investor confidence. Kyndryl should have almost immediately launched a defamation lawsuit against Gotham, yet... Silence. This suggests Kyndryl knows they can't disprove the fraud allegations and/or they are afraid of the discovery process they would instigate on themselves (although the multitude of other lawsuits and investigations opened since the Gotham report will likely uncover what they are attempting to hide).

So, why else would Kyndryl let Gotham tank their stock and shake investor confidence without a fight?

What could investors be confident about if the numbers they are getting are possibly fraudulent? The last earning report showed no improvement in transparency.

I read the Gotham report. It is damning, criminal stuff if true. Kyndryl is trying to stay quiet on the matter, but Gotham likely won't let them do that.

Stock price is already above the level, where it was after Gotham report. One could argue this is the evidence of investors confidence, and legal battle is not needed.

Kyndryl learned all the dirty tricks from the king of rampant fraudulent malpractices and financial engineering (IBM)
