I’m currently a Fiserv employee interviewing for a role with NCR. Has anyone made the jump from Fiserv? How does NCR compare for benefits and work culture? Does NCR use sapience to track every second of you day?

Would not suggest it now. Maybe years ago but Voyix has become pretty bad to work for. Im not sure what Fiserv is like but can’t imagine it’s that much worse.

Come to NCR. Nobody is tracking your seconds. Work culture will be similar just a bit more relaxed
