Ageism alive and well

From personal experience I can verify that ageism exists within Adobe. I believe this is a top down issue. Low level managers only do as told. Adobe does not approve of old people. Odd since many senior management are about to meet their definition of old.

There was once a mandate that groups and individual contributors need to show a 25% return or be let go. Seems based on the stock slide the E team should go

Adobe also abuses contractors with multiple layers of subcontracting. They have a tendency of hiring very skilled people, burning them up, and then "fire and hire".

Some employees are retained or hired for their experience. These are more common for directors and above.
