They’ve squeezed so much the place has become a toxic cesspool of politics. No project can move forward because all are forced to work with other teams that are hostile and back stabbing.

Just offer fair severance or a path forward. Instead, it feels like a slow bleed, push people to the edge and hope they jump before the company has to lift a finger. None of it matters when the algorithm says you cost too much.
At the end of the day, most employees aren’t asking for the moon they just want to feel valued, treated fairly, and supported in doing their best work. When that’s missing, everything else starts to unravel.
