JCPenney acts like customers walk on water while employees get treated like dirt. The scheduling is a joke, I'm lucky if I get 20 hours these days. And good luck trying to move up in that place, they’d rather hire outside than promote anyone who actually knows the job.

New management comes in with new rules, they change everything, and it’s just a stepping stone for them. They sc--w everything up and then just leave.
Tell me about it. I've trained three outside hires for "leadership" roles this year, all gone within months. But when I applied, suddenly I "need more experience." Make it make sense.
