Will this happen tomorrow?
I started with Symantec prior to the acquisition. I was part of the 30% cut that started end of February based out of the Draper office. I heard from a colleague last week that they did another cut, and now my team in NA was 12 engineers only has 7 remaining. The remaining members on my team are all worried the cuts are going to continue. Honestly shocked that it took this long, but happy I'm free from that place after 8+ years. It was a great place to work at before Broadcom bought us.
Discussions around that is for sure but exact % count is unknown.
This round will be conducted based on the restructuring as a part of aggregators and other things which they would not communicate but would be doom line effect.
