For anyone that’s left at Fossil, please understand that there is no winning strategy possible for the business. It’s a deadly combo of dead brands and a category in perpetual decline. Trying to turn a value priced watch brand into a premium handbag and lifestyle brand makes no sense and is just throwing money away that the company can’t afford. And, lastly, the A&M team has been a complete disaster and has gutted all heart out of the company. How the Board could trust that team is beyond me. If you decide to stay, just know it is not going to end well.

There’s nothing luxurious about the cheap products Fossil makes. The newness is embarrassingly bad.

This company is a joke. The funniest part is A&M cut roles / activities and the leadership team is now asking who’s taking over that activities.
The board gets paid more than most of Fossil's employees for like 5 minutes of work. They do not care as long as they keep getting paid.
Totally agree! Run while you can! The A&M team lead by Truettless and Laks Luther, are an absolute disaster and a total mess. Their incompetence is staggering, like they’re trying to destroy the brand on purpose. The new CEO is clearly blind to what’s happening. Meanwhile, A&M is laughing all the way to the bank, cashing in while they lay off our best, and most hardworking employees. It’s pathetic! This leadership is a total joke!
