I mean in fairness when we all took a 30% pay cut back 2020 we were weeks away from bankruptcy so the poster below acting like it was never a possibility is just wrong.
It is all about irresponsible management and low stock price. Make the stock price 90 and you won’t these posts.
Some of these posts remind me of the predictions about Oxy in early 2020. Posters were certain bankruptcy was right around the corner. I think some really want it to be true. Some want to feel vindicated. They blame Oxy for their sorry careers, or lack of. Some will claim only HR could say this. So predictable.
Yes but on the bright side carbon capture and the government grant will save the day.
If the CO2 cannot be used in Texas it can be piped to New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona, and Nevada to extract chemicals from plants growing in the greenhouses.
WB left a 300 billion dollar war chest. Even if they take a beating on Oxy, they will be fine...Oxy...Not so much.
I think the outlook for oxy is looking bleak with the poor timing of the crownrock acquisition.
