I've heard Wilmington is Red circled and won't be getting raises. I will lose my job to make sure this plant goes union and it won't be with the current union at other GE plants. We will be using Mr Fain and the UAW. I've been at this plant for 16 years and it gets worse every year. Time to get this done finally. Cheap talk is over. Remember how they walked some of you out like dirt when the layoffs hit.

I think you all have mistaken my comment about engine prices. How much have they gone up? We know GE goes with inflation and have increased engine prices to combat inflation. They're greedy, but our pay hasnt. That better. 😆

Don't go with the uaw, all they worry about is the auto workers. We got a 12% raise and they said they worked hard and that was fair. A few months later the big 3 started random strikes cause they wanted 40 something percent, better job security and benefits.
