So let me get this straight, they're handing all the hours to new hires to keep them from quitting, while the rest of us who've been holding this place together get scraps? Do they really think we'll just sit quietly while being treated like afterthoughts? If they're trying to solve a staffing shortage, pi----g off their most experienced workers seems like an interesting approach.

Bro.. if you are the type of person to post and complain here, you're likely also a terrible employee who constantly complain. Your hours are probably cut because they don't want you around. Just think about it lol.
