I'd say constant layoffs but being overworked is a close second.

Working for id--ts. Not saying every manager is an id--t, but there's very few reporting lines where there isn't a completely bad or out-of-their-depth leader who is obviously not capable for their role and is hellbent on implementing a terrible strategic plan.
It's really easy to see their shortcomings but they view it as "a new challenge" and don't have the experience or brains to correct strategic mistakes (theirs or from above).
But that seems to be the hallmark of a Witty's leadership, as he doesn't want his vision questioned so he hires less qualified but amenable people to run things.
The PTSD AFTER getting laid off is torture.
I’d say all of it! Nothing good about it other than taking a PTO day
The nH Predict - also known as the algorithm from he-l.
Honestly? The million different places I have to check for security scanning. The million different places I have to input my career info. The fact that actual developers get zero respect at this company and teams who introduce yet another pre-built third-party SAAS solution to waste our time with for some reason get praised.
Working with backstabbing people! Right away you’ll notice something is off. Everyone is trying to point the finger at you to save themselves. It’s a very negative atmosphere to work in and they act like they like you.
Constant layoffs. Overworked. Huge restructures constantly. Tech not working and having to call IT and you have no idea what the IT person is saying or doing. To be honest--do they even know?
The horrible management is my go to complaint. So sick of these people who have no clue what’s going on and just play “yes man” to the id--ts above them.
The most stressful thing is waiting for being laid off with good severance package but they just don’t lay you off!
Workload, disengaged coworkers and manager
Constant emergency of the day thats dropped on you with 0 warning and utmost urgency, then it turns out its just a pointless migration from A to B where B is a cr-ppier version of A.
Working in a department where everyone else doesn't know what they are doing including the manager, because the previous employees either resigned or got laid off. No one to train them properly. No one cares.
Working in concrete silos. One dept does whatever they want and create own policies which are contradictory to other departments
I agree completely with the working hard and producing quality work comment. At this company it’s all a popularity contest and hired friends getting praise!
Working hard and not being rewarded for it is stressful. I try to excel at everything I do and to be honest this is the first place I have worked where hard work does not pay off. There is a reason people who have been here fo-e awhile don’t work hard. I now understand why. I stress myself out about things I can’t control in the company. Sometimes they put you in a lose lose situation.
I honestly am so disgusted by Optum celebrating Care Week this week after their latest lay off last Tuesday. And to top it off, they never mention it the layoffs. This company is something else.
Constant layoffs and knowing that you will be cut eventually.
PTSD from constant layoffs is high on the list
