We need to get back to that. Putting employees first, rewarding real performance instead of playing favorites, and shutting down workplace bullying for good.
The old values (trust, integrity, actually giving a damn) are what made this place successful in the first place. Why are we letting all that go just to chase short-term wins?

That’s why I left, used to be a great place to work. Unfortunately the micromanagement and constant ROCA cuts dictated the path forward which was not longer positive.
