Actually the President said he wanted his chimps money back.
Hard to tell, but he might have been channeling his inner Reagan, or maybe had a chimp co-star at some point in the past.
In any case, he does not want packages being handled.

Intel doesn't deserve CHIPs money when it continues to layoff it's workers. I hope this ship sinks with me on it.
So many are duped about CHIPS money. INTC got very little of what the act said it would dole out, because INTC was unable to grift it away as the company went into a tailspin… neither PG nor DZ got their hands on billions as they hoped…
