It’s obvious Landmark HBMC is ending at some point, corporate leadership in regional meeting on 4/10/25 made that clear. So I’ve accepted an offer elsewhere but am worried about the bonus. Any legal people on here that can offer an opinion? Seems to me that since Optum is the one ending the program, I should be free and clear to leave and find reliable work elsewhere

Those apcs with optum at home going to be real busy since they just cut all UEs.
Unless you got the sign on bonus as a lump sum I dont see why you should have to pay back any of it. Rarely does any employer do a lump sum sign on bonus. If you got it in installments, I would say you’ve earned what you’ve collected so far, so you should be good.
So confusing. Providers told to stop all referrals to Landmark. But THEN...it seems like it's being rebranded but with same services? I see job openings for APCs for "Optum at Home." Don't let them tell you they are ending Landmark. They are just calling it something different IMO.
I meant I’m worried about the sign on bonus. Not performance bonus, sorry should have made that clear
Bonus is 2024 performance. This question indicates it’s good you are moving on. Nobody wants to take your bonus away.
