Cisco needs to look into the complete waste of the Chicago office. Those responsible for this should be LRd. The office is very under utilized. Cisco employees do not show up unless forced to. Customers do not want to come to the office.

It is well known that particular SSEM does not give credit to anyone. It is all about himself. He takes the great work of others and puts his name on it. Very worthless “leader”.
The video games are nice and free drinks.

@bx+1 - Well said. That SSEM takes credit far too often for things he never did. His SEMs share that all the time.
Get you as$ in the office and show some initiative.

That office was for Meraki as a tech hub / recruiting magnet prior to COVID. Like our SF office it was booming before COVID. Now I agree it’s overkill but it is a nice office!
The office tour guide is responsible for the waste of money spent on this office that is rarely used. He is a SSEM who does not do his job and takes credit for things he does not do.
by that token they need to look at many offices. as someone who travels to many sites, new york, california, texas all have under utilized offices. cisco wastes a ton of money on them
