It’s a red flag that anyone would want us.

Both stories are just rumors. Only a handful of people know the truth and they’re not talking to the media. We just have to wait and see what happens.

In an acquisition, is it typical the buyer pays 30-50% over the going stock price for the shares? Thinking as a shareholder, buy more now?

The US layoffs will be enormous if this happens. Office will be completely shuttered. The entire ELT will be without jobs. The selll offs post merger will fund the whole deal. Sell Castrol, lightsource, archea, M&S, some of the US midstream

From the article - 'Shell is waiting for further BP share price declines before making a final decision'.

Shouldn't be too long to wait then with MA at the helm.

We're such a great catch. There may be a bidding war for us. The stock price to the moon

It’s about time. The synergy in this deal is incredible. US will not allow the consolidation of GoA so that will have to be sold.
