Rash of Execs Leaving

I'm relatively new to industry and curious what folks impressions are of the recent spate of execs leaving? IE: 3 AML and 2 Compliance leaders. The "why" around the AML execs is obvious enough I think, but curious about the announcement of the 2 Compliance sr. leaders. Any thoughts?

@OP what a way to get rid of Anzea Gambale, but she is leaving the remnants of toxic incompetence managers she onboarded/ promoted.
We hope Sophia can see through all of these

Ray is trying to clean house. Whether or not it will address the systemic issues and toxic organizational culture remains to be seen, but at least he is attempting to make things better.

I think it is overall a good thing that the dead weight is leaving. There are many more that should be shown the door but I am hopeful that Ray and the other new leaders are seeing the incompetence and finally addressing it.

The culture is toxic & they turn a blind eye to compliance. They also treat their employees very poorly. If you report anything, they stonewall you & block you from the company.
