Does anyone know what the APAC/APJ severance looks like? There was a previous post on AMER severance stating it was two (2) months of base salary plus 1 week per full year of service. Curious to know what the severance looks like in other regions.

Previous redundancies have been 2 weeks + one week for every full year of service. Capped at 10 years and if in Aus 15% tax on the lump sum amount + you get paid balance of outstanding leave (does not include sick leave)
