Word is that it is going to be dominated by the product organization and that sales is taking a back seat. This only furthers the idea that we are imploding. We have stopped listening to our customers and only listen to McKinsey.

On the other hand, last time we did it in Vancouver we split the venue with a ma------a convention—making it totally realistic that the majority of TD folx were stoned the whole time.

Has anyone bothered to ask HA & NC what exactly (in terms of a customer value-exchange) is on the truck? No word-salad ... just a straight-forward explanation of the value/differentiation and why a customer would part with hard-earned money to buy whatever they think is so stellar. I'd love to watch them squirm a bit trying to "sell" their strategy/product to a real customer.

You are correct. Sales will be taking a back seat at SKO and in all things moving forward. HA and NC have done enough to discredit and condescendingly told us to sell what’s on the truck. In other words our lack of growth and market share loss is a sales problem not a product problem. SOS, mayday, mayday!
