I have a coworker that every time they speak, I want to poke my eyeballs out. The manager loves this person. It's so annoying.

I have a coworkers that every time they speak I want to act like they do, Like I am too d-mb to learn anything after working on the same team, supporting the same business partners for several years. I am over knowledge transfer.
I have one on my team too! The eye rolls begin the minute they start talking! Takes 5 min to make a simple point and they are a 30 of course. These horrible clueless and downright annoying “leaders” need to go
And, why is it acceptable for the offshore team to spend over 3 weeks on a simple QA task that should take only 1-2 days? And, if you express your concerns, you get labeled as hard to work with and not nice. It's so frustrating!
Both my manager and another senior person on my team are quiet quitting. They barely work and only show up for meetings. They don't even care anymore. It's frustrating and unfair because all the work ends up falling on me and the other team members. Why is this OK?!

Ha! The one I'm dealing with has years in and seems untouchable always manages to slip on by when the RIFs come through.
Shouldn't it be your ears you want to stop use of??? Leave your eyes alone. You need them to tell when the are about to speak.
