Someone explain to me how they have had almost a handful of Regional Sales Director roles posted in the last 10 months but laid off their best Director last year? What the fu-k is happening over there?

All the directors from last year are gone. So will the new ones this year. Dying and dead. The family way.
Anyone think that BM has the perfect initials that represent her contribution to her past role in strategy and her current role with Hitouch. Completely out of touch more like it.
Not sure the person this comment above is referring to was over 50.
Because they were over 50 and made too much money and the only ones over 50 that make the bank are the old white men that have each other’s backs. Old boys club and they let a few tokens in. And those tokens are as nasty as they are- all about the me me me and not about the teams that make them look good and no respect for the contribution of those that built the company they continue to tear down. Great question though! The business model is to lay off the old more expensive person and back fill someone younger at a very lower cost. It’s a fact and has been documented time and time again. They don’t care. The cycle continues.
