I’m in SMG and I can honestly say it’s bloated. 99% of the work or the leader vision are pure sht. All these nonsense talk about transformation, blah blah blah… just create compelling products, they’ll sell themselves, just like Apple and Tesla products. ET is so out of touch, a cruise ship, are you kidding me???!!

They all should never be allowed to work again or severely demoted. I don’t get how they can repackage the horrible job that they’ve done here and turn it into a new higher and better opportunity elsewhere. Masters of spin I guess.

Nobody outside of SMG feels bad about anything that could happen to SMG. That's the reality. Whether it's the leadership or past attitudes of the org, that where we are.
